At the time of receiving a formal request for repair, it is considered that this agreement has been agreed.
1. Basic repair matters
Repairs will be refused in the following cases.
・ When it is impossible to procure parts used for repair ・ When it is judged that it is a copy product, imitation product, or modified product ・ Repair for the purpose of resale clearly ・ When we judge that it cannot be repaired ・ False or false When we judge that repairs cannot be accepted due to declaration etc.
2. About quotation
・ The amount displayed on the website does not include tax. We will inform you of the final estimated amount including tax by e-mail.
・ In principle, ¥ 5,000 will be charged in case of cancellation of the quotation.
・ In principle, we will contact you within a week for the estimation period. This does not apply if there is a delay due to congestion or external quotation of parts.
・ It may be difficult to make an accurate estimate due to deterioration over time. Please acknowledge it beforehand.
3. About repair
・ Usually it takes about 3 to 4 weeks (6 to 8 weeks for complicated mechanisms such as chronographs), but it may be delayed due to congestion, parts procurement, special work, etc.
・ We will disassemble and clean as much as possible, but some parts may not be completely removed.
-There are some parts where deep scratches and discoloration that cannot be removed by polishing work cannot be removed even after polishing (new finish).
・ Some watches are inevitably damaged during repair due to deterioration over time. Please acknowledge it beforehand.
・ If it is determined that repair is not possible while the work is in progress even after receiving a formal repair request, we may return it because it cannot be repaired.
・ After repairs, vintage watches may be treated as non-waterproof due to their specifications.
・ Please pay within 2 days from our request.
・ Please pay in advance even if you pick up the item at the store.
・ Cash on delivery is not available for repaired products.
・ We will inform you of the transfer destination account when requesting the repair fee.
・ Once payment to our shop is confirmed, we will usually ship within 2-3 business days.
5. About repair warranty
・ After the repair is completed, if the same defect occurs in the same place as the repair content within the warranty period specified by our shop, we will repair it again free of charge.
(Warranty period varies depending on the watch)
Please note that the following are not covered by the warranty.-Failure in a part different from the repaired part-Watch that has been repaired or modified outside our shop-If our shop judges that the warranty does not apply-Drop, fire, wind and flood damage, earthquake , Failure due to natural disasters such as lightning strikes, failure due to usage that does not occur in normal use, or any other reason that is subject to the above provisions, and our shop determines that the warranty does not apply.
Regarding the repair agency to the manufacturer, we will add various expenses and commissions to the estimated amount of the agency.
In this case, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (not covered by our repair warranty).
6. Storage period
・ If you do not receive a reply within one week of contacting us, we will consider it as a cancellation and return it by cash on delivery.
・ In that case, 5,000 yen will be charged as a cancellation fee for the estimate.
・ If the item returned by cash on delivery is rejected or returned to our shop, we will consider it as unwilling to pick it up and dispose of it at our shop.
・ If payment is not made within one month from the request for repair fee, we will consider that the ownership has been abandoned and will dispose of it at our shop.
・ A cancellation fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
・ In case of cancellation, we will return it by cash on delivery.
・ Since we have received a formal repair request, we cannot accept cancellations in progress.
8. About contact change
・ If you move while using the repair service, or if you change the contents of the deposit or the e-mail at the time of quotation, please contact us immediately.
・ We are not responsible for any accidents or damages caused by shipping to an address other than the one you contacted our shop.
9. Handling of personal information
・ The registered personal information will be strictly managed to prevent unauthorized use, falsification, loss, leakage, etc.
・ Except for quotations, repair-related communications, completions, and transfers.
When using the watch repair service, our shop will not be liable for damages in the following cases.
・ Natural disasters ・ Criminal acts by third parties ・ Complaints due to subjective or sensory reasons (somehow different from before, feeling that the number of scratches has increased, etc.) , Damaged ・ If the watch repaired at our shop cannot be repaired by the manufacturer ・ Other events that we have determined to be equivalent to the above However, this does not apply if it is based on our negligence.
11. Out of warranty
・ Please understand that there is a limit to the adjustment of watches that have been used for a long time, such as vintage watches, due to wear of parts.
・ We will repair with the accuracy of our standard. We cannot promise that the watch will have no day difference.
12. About refusal of repair
If there is an act or request that falls under any of the following items, we will cancel the repair and cancel or return it at our discretion.
In addition, if our shop determines that it is dangerous, we will contact the relevant organizations immediately.
